1. Program Overview
Rose Bay FC provides structured soccer training and match opportunities for students. The program aims to promote fitness, sportsmanship and skill development in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.

2. Eligibility
• Open to currently enrolled Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9 students at RBSC
• Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship and appropriate behaviour
• Players must be medically fit to participate and may be required to provide medical clearance

3. Registration & Consent
• All players must register via the official Rose Bay FC registration form
• A parent/guardian must complete consent forms and provide emergency contact details
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of all required forms and payment (if applicable)

4. Player Conduct
Players are expected to:
• Show respect to coaches, referees, teammates and opponents
• Refrain from inappropriate language, fighting, or unsportsmanlike behaviour
• Follow instructions and adhere to training and match schedules
Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.

5. Parent & Spectator Behaviour
Parents and spectators are expected to:
• Support players positively without coaching from the sidelines
• Avoid confrontational or inappropriate behaviour
• Adhere to the club’s child safety and respect standards

6. Attendance & Commitment
• Regular attendance at training is expected
• Ongoing unexplained absences may impact selection for matches or events

7. Uniforms & Equipment
• RBSC PE uniform is to be worn at training
• Official Rose Bay FC kit is required for matches
• Soccer boots and shin guards are mandatory
• Players are responsible for their equipment and uniform

8. Health & Safety
• All medical conditions, injuries, or allergies must be disclosed at registration
• Basic first aid will be administered where required and emergency services contacted if necessary
• Participation is voluntary and involves inherent physical risks

9. Insurance & Liability
• Rose Bay FC operates under RBSC general liability coverage
• Families are encouraged to maintain personal medical insurance
• The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items

10. Media Consent
• Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, newsletters, website)
• Parents may opt out by providing written notice to the club

11. Travel & Off-Site Matches
• Parents are responsible for transport to and from match venues
• Permission is required for all off-site activities
• Supervision applies only during scheduled training and match times

12. Termination of Participation
Rose Bay FC reserves the right to remove a player from the program due to:
• Ongoing misconduct or breaches of conduct
• Medical conditions preventing safe participation

Rose Bay FC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via official club channels.
