1/ Any person booking on behalf of another individual or a group accepts our terms on their behalf.
The group booker is responsible for advising their group of our terms & safety guidelines prior to the tour.
2/ You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during our tours.
3/ All guests participate at their own risk and waive any liability for damage, injury, loss, or theft against Guru Dudu Productions.
4/ We ask that you move within your own physical limits and listen to the host’s safety instructions, particularly around road safety.
5/ Alcohol consumption or drug use is not permitted on tour.
6/ Any children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
7/ You agree we may use photographs and videos taken during the tour for social media and promotional use.
8/ Bookings are non-refundable, except in the event of extreme weather or cancellation by us.
9/ Our tours run in the rain but should we have to cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions, you will be refunded in full
10/ By purchasing your ticket you agree to the above Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
11/ We may contact you occasionally to share about future events we think you may be interested in. If you would prefer to not be kept in the loop, you are welcome to opt-out at any time.
