Please note that participants are expected to have read the course manual and completed the online pretest prior to attending the course.

Registration Fees will be refunded in full if Course Director & Course Coordinator are notified in writing 30 days prior to the course start date. After that date is at Course Directors discretion & a place on a future BASIC course may be offered. However substitute candidates will be accepted upon notification.
