Ignite Program – Parent/Guardian Terms and Conditions

Prompt Collection
I will ensure that my child is collected promptly after their activity concludes, either from the playground or the carline area as directed.

Notification of Absence
I will notify Ignite in advance on 8438 7801 or ignite@barker.nsw.edu.au if my child will be absent from their scheduled activity.

Late Collection Notification
If I am running late to collect my child, I will notify Ignite by telephone on 8438 7801 as soon as possible. If I am unable to collect my child at the end of their activity on a regular basis, I understand that it may result in an extra charge that will be reflected in my next school fee statement.

Supervision Between Activities
If my child’s activity finishes at 3:45 pm and they need to wait for an older sibling who finishes at 4:15 pm, I will ensure that my child is not left in the playground without parent or guardian supervision during this time.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
