BOOKING & PAYMENT
Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official booking platform.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend. Please notify us in advance if you transfer your ticket with the details of the new guest.
Tickets are valid only for the date and session purchased.


EVENT PARTICIPATION
Guests must be 18+ to attend. Proof of age may be requested on entry.
The Paint & Sip includes guided instruction and all art materials required. Final artworks are yours to take home.
No prior art experience is required.

CLOTHING
We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing that you don’t mind getting a little paint on. While aprons are provided, accidental splashes and spills can occur. Bar Nearby & Olivia Giretto Art are not responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal belongings during the event.

DRINKS & FOOD
Ticket price includes the painting experience & a drink of choice. Drinks beyond this are available for purchase.
Outside food is welcomed!


CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Bar Nearby reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue issue). In this case, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to another session or a full refund.
If you are unable to attend, tickets cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another guest.

SAFETY & CONDUCT
Bar Nearby practices responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service or entry.
Paint and art supplies may stain clothing — participation is at your own risk.

PHOTOGRAPHY/MEDIA
By attending, you consent to Bar Nearby capturing photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our staff know on the night.
