Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. - Terms & Conditions of Participation

As a participant in this program, you may be exposing yourself to a risk of harm or injury. Cricket is a physical sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to contact with cricket balls, equipment, other participants, or varying weather and surface conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

I understand that Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. will take all reasonable care for my/my child’s well-being, and staff will make every reasonable effort to minimise exposure to known risks. However, I also understand that I/my child have a personal responsibility to follow general safety measures, instructions, and guidelines provided by staff at all times.

I accept full responsibility for my/my child’s safety and well-being from the moment I/we enter the venue being used by Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. for any activity. I acknowledge that any failure to comply with safety instructions may result in increased risk of harm.
In the event of illness or injury, I authorise Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. staff to arrange appropriate medical treatment, including calling emergency services, as they deem necessary, at my own cost.

Insurance Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. does not provide personal accident, health, or injury insurance coverage for participants. It is my responsibility to arrange appropriate personal insurance if required.

Medical Conditions
I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other information that may affect my/my child’s participation in this program. I understand that failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of harm and waive liability for any resulting consequences.

Indemnity & Release
By attending this program, I voluntarily agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd., its Board of Management, volunteers, contractors, assistants, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries (physical or mental) I/my child may suffer as a result of participating in activities conducted by Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd., except where such claims arise solely from the gross negligence of the Academy or its representatives.

Media Consent
I consent to any images or video footage of myself/my child being captured and used for publicity, promotion, or educational purposes by Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. across digital, print, or social media platforms. I understand these may be used without compensation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds or credits for program fees are granted at the sole discretion of Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd. Refunds may not be issued in cases of participant withdrawal due to illness, injury, personal reasons, or failure to comply with safety guidelines unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy.

Compliance with Venue Rules
I agree to comply with any rules, policies, or conditions of use for the venues or facilities used by Perth Cricket Academy Pty. Ltd.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
