EVENT LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS:
Terms and Conditions of Entry are listed below, by registering your details and or purchasing or accept a ticket to this event you are acknowledging that you have read agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of entry into the 'Little Earth Keepers' (Butterfly Dreamer) Event Series by, The Nurture Temple. (Butterfly Dreamer is a Little Earth Keepers initiative operating under the business name ‘The Nurture Temple’.)
I individually and as a parent and/or guardian of the minor child participating in the Little Earth Keepers – (Butterfly Dreamer) Event Series by the Nurture Temple, hereby acknowledge agree to the following Waiver:
1. That my child/ren are participating in a Little Earth Keepers – (Butterfly Dreamer) Event Series by The Nurture Temple, during which my child/ren will receive information / instruction about movement and creative play activities including but not limited to arts and crafts activities, nature investigation, movement, singing and somatic/mindfulness activities. I recognise that these activities may require some physical exertion and will from time to time be performed outdoors in nature, both of which may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and/or hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my child/ren participation in the Little Earth Keepers – Butterfly Dreamer Event Series. I certify that my child/ren are physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent their full participation in the event.
3. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which my child/ren might incur as a result of participating in the Little Earth Keepers – (Butterfly Dreamer) Event Series, hosted by The Nurture Temple, including any risks, injuries or damages that may be incurred from taking place outdoors in nature.
4. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that my child/ren and I may have against Little Earth Keepers and The Nurture Temple, its instructors and staff, and its owners, for any injury, death or damages that my child/ren may sustain as a result of participating in the Little Earth Keepers– (Butterfly Dreamer) Event Series, hosted by The Nurture Temple. This also includes loss that may be caused by the negligence of the released party.
5. I release and discharge Little Earth Keepers and The Nurture Temple, its directors, owners, staff and its instructors from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that my child/ren may have related to the loss, theft or damage of any of my child/ren’s personal property.
I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts.
I understand that from time to time, The Nurture Temple and Little Earth Keepers takes Photographs and videography of their events, which may be used by Little Earth Keepers and The Nurture Temple for marketing promotions and advertising purposes including; but not limited to; the Little Earth Keepers and The Nurture Temple’s website, Social Media Pages, as well as other forms of relevant marketing communications activity that supports the promotion and advertising of the Little Earth Keepers and The Nurture Temples events and services. I give my consent for me and my child/ren to be included in these photographs. If you would prefer your child is not included in any photo's please speak with Kate prior to the series starting.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am 18 years of age or older and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above on behalf of myself and children in my guardianship/care.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please advise us in advance of the day if your child suffers from any medical condition or allergies that we may need to be aware of.
Best endeavours will be made to make this event as inclusive as possible. However, please be aware that events may involve moving around outdoors upon natural terrain (in nature).
Please notify the host well in advance of the day about any medical conditions or requirements you or your child/ren may have that need special attention, so together we can reasonably access the situation and where possible adapt your child’s experience in the interest of your child and the groups safety and enjoyment.
CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY
I hereby agree to the following Little Earth Keepers Butterfly Dreamer Program Cancellations & Refunds policy:
1. As tickets to this event series are limited a cancellation policy is in place to ensure as many people as possible have the chance to attend.
2. The cancellation of your Event Series Pass must be made in writing to the email found on the ticketing page at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the Series.
3. If you cancel within the aforementioned requirement (2) of the event, your ticket will be credited for another Little Earth Keepers Nature Play Series, taking place within 6 months.
5. If your cancellation is more than the aforementioned requirement (3) to the event, no refund or credit will be provided unless your child is deemed medically unfit to participate.
6. The Nurture Temple/Little Earth Keepers does not offer a refund except in the case where you or your child/ren are deemed medically unfit to participate or in the event of unforeseen family circumstances (compassionate grounds) in which case you will receive a credit or (full or part) refund at the organisers discretion.
7. In the instance an the event organiser has to cancel or reschedule an activity a credit will be applied for use at another Little Earth Keeper Events or where the event attendee is unable to attend another event listed in the schedule for with a 6 month period, a part refund of your series ticket (where applicable) will be applied.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO ALL TICKET TYPES.
1. Children to come to the Wellness Space directly after school via the Elwood Primary Reception. I encourage them to bring a long a little snack
2. Please encourage your child to arrive on time so your child and the group receive the full experience.
3. Little Earth Keepers is not responsible for the safekeeping of your child's belongings although procedures will be in place to support children to remember there belonging at the end of the class.

IF YOUR CHILD IS UNWELL
If you or your child are unwell or experiencing flu like symptoms that may be spreadable to others, please take care and be kind to yourself and others by refraining from attending the event.
