1. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
2. To secure this boat booking we need to confirm we have a minimum number of 100 guests by Monday, August 3rd. As such we kindly request your RSVP no later than Friday, July 31st.
3. Refunds (less fees) will be made if the minimum number is not reached and the event is cancelled.
4. Once the boat booking is confirmed refunds can only be approved if we remain above 100 guests.
5. No refunds are available once final numbers are required to be given for catering purposes 14 days prior to the event.
