YOU MUST READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS. BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE.

1. This is a BYO event (drinks only). Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and behave in a manner that does not disrupt the event. The organisers reserve the right to request any guest to leave the event at their discretion to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of other guests.
2. All food must be purchased exclusively from the Saru Kitchen food truck. Outside food is not permitted at the event.

3. We do not refund tickets purchase fee (Unless the show is cancelled). Tickets are not eligible for exchange or refund under any other circumstances. General law of the state prevails. If an Event is cancelled, postponed or altered for any reason arranging of any substitute, refund or other, will be decided by the organisers at their discretion. If the event proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be issued for any issues encountered during the event.
4. You are required to produce ID upon request to confirm your identity. If you do not have ID and if there is any issue in relation to claims by other parties in relation to the seat, the organisers decision will be final. You may be asked to provide personal information, as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Personal Information") to before purchasing any ticket or before or at the show. If sufficient information is not provided we may not be able to sell you tickets or permit entry.
5. All Personal Information will be maintained in accordance with the Privacy Act which is protecting your information in line with community standards of a reasonable person.
6. Our terms and conditions may vary at any time. By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to monitor the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these updates.
7. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the purchasing of tickets or any other activities relating to the show.
8. You should always communicate in a respectable and professional manner. We reserve the right to refuse service for any one who communicates in a rude and disrespectful way.
