* I consent to my child been photographed during the class and images used for advertising in the local paper, which will include their name.
* I also consent to my child’s images to be used on the RiverArts Facebook page, always keeping my child’s name confidential.

Dietary (Please email RiverArts if you would like to discuss further)
* My Child doesn't have any dietary requirements.
* If your child does have any special dietary requirements, PLEASE inform RiverArts on arrival.

Cancellation
Refund will be given 48hrs before class, less than this time frame a credit will be given to attend next school holiday workshops.

Emergency
In the event of a health emergency and the parent is not contactable an ambulance will be called to attend to your child’s needs.

Student Behaviour
I understand that in the event of my son/daughter posing a distraction to others in the class during the course, the parent will be contacted.
