1. We are unable to offer refunds after the enrolment.
2. Parents are requested to provide lunch, snacks and water bottle, in appropriately labelled containers, to the student for the day.
3. Students may go through outdoor activity. Please ensure the child has hat and sunscreen. We have a strict policy of “No Hat and/or No Sunscreen, No Outdoor Play”.
4. Class fees, times, duration & locations are subject to change.
5. Student’s medical condition disclosure is mandatory. Some students with medical condition may require carer support person/parent to be present in the class.
6. In case the Creative Kids Voucher submitted by the parent is not accepted by Service NSW, the enrolment will be cancelled.
7. We encourage parents to submit Creative Kids Voucher along with enrolment. However, in case the enrolment is completed with full payment of fee, parents may submit Creative Kids Voucher via email and we shall refund the value of the voucher after the same is accepted by Service NSW for reimbursement to us. However, such vouchers must be submitted before the camp date. We regret our inability to accept any voucher after the camp date.
8. If the enrolment is cancelled due to behavioural issues, the pro-rata refund will be given to the parents within 14 days.
9. Refunds of any nature will be handled only after camp dates.
10. Mid term cancellation approval is only discretionary
11. In case, the classes have to be stopped/ cancelled due to a pandemic or such other reason, appropriate credit will be offered for subsequent camp enrolments.
