Payment must be made by credit card prior to the first day of the Camp. Any other form of payment will not be accepted.

The cost of the program is listed during the booking process. If the child fails to participate in whole or part of the Camp, there will be no refunds issued.

Once the booking has been made the payment is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for simple ‘change of mind’ cases. If your child/ren decide they no longer wish to attend, you can transfer the registration to someone else for that same clinic or program.

If your child is sick and you notify us 24 hours prior to the day of your clinic, we will transfer your booking to a future session. A Medical certificate must be supplied.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
