Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments:
All ticket purchases must be made in advance. Bookings close 10 June or when tickets sell out, whichever comes first. If the event is sold out prior to 10 June, you may be given the option to be placed on our waitlist, however we cannot guarantee further tickets will be released as this will be subject to Village Cinemas Geelong cinema availability. No payments will be taken at the door.
2. Transfers: Can’t make it? No problem! Tickets are transferable. Just send us the name(s) of who will be attending in your place
to hello@passsthesnacksgeelong.org.au.
3. Refund Policy: As this is a fundraising event, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Pass the Snacks Geelong.
4. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will be notified ASAP and offered a full refund or the option to donate your ticket cost.
5. Children & Supervision: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please supervise children at all times during the event.
6. Photography & Media: Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. Please us know in advance or at sign-in on the night if you or those you have booked tickets for do not wish to be photographed.
7. Code of Conduct: This is a family-friendly event. Good vibes only. We ask all guests to be respectful and considerate to others. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue.
