CANCELATION POLICY (STRICT):
Refunds are not applicable to this training. If for any reason you are unable to attend on these allocated training days then we advise using the name change facility (by contacting us with the new details) or your seat will be forfiet. You are reserving seats into these training dates, due to budgeting contraints and avialability we can not move you to another date so please choose your date carefully. Name changes will be accepted. Unfortunately cancellations and refunds can not be given. There will not be a refund or change of dates to another training session under any circumstances. Please utilise the name change facility.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All registration fees are payable in advance of the conference and entry to the conference may be denied in the event registration fees (or a portion thereof) are unpaid prior to commencement of the conference. If you selected Bank deposit and require your organisation to pay, we allow 14 days for this payment to be made unless a date has been discussed with Ursula Benstead Consulting. If payment is not made within 14 days we will release your seat back into the pool. This will requre you to reregister if there are places available.
LOSS AND INJURY
All conference participants are advised to procure their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, conference fees, personal property, health and medical expenses, injury, death and all other risks. The conference, host organisation and organisers will not be held liable for any claims under any circumstances.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All details contained in the flyer, trybooking.com.au and on ursulabenstead.com.au or thesharkcage.com are subject to change without notice.The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program without notice. Ursula Benstead Consulting and its directors are not liable for non-delivery of services beyond their control.
When running the Shark Cage program, personnel must use the copyright protected Shark Cage© Mural Kit each time they run a group.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
In the event of an industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers, Ursula Benstead Consulting, accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
ZOOM APPLICATION
This online training will be run in Zoom and it is a requirement that the participant downloads the free zoom application from https://zoom.us/download. Zoom will detect the type of computer you use and present the correct download for you. We use Zoom breakout rooms, these will not work within your chosen browser we require that you use the Zoom Application.
EQUIPMENT
All participants MUST have their own equipment (Computer, Speakers/Headphones, Microphone and will not be partnering with another person or group around a single computer or conference facilities. Weak wifi or technical dropouts or equipment failure or weather complications are not a reason to drop out of the training and request you join another training date. Please see cancellation policy above. Pleas test software, test hardware and if in doubt connect to a wired network for internet access.
PRIVACY
Your registration details will be shared with the conference organisers, for the purpose of communicating program details.
By registering for the conference you are hereby giving Ursula Benstead Consulting permission to photograph you for use in our publications, website and other promotional material associated with Shark Cage training. If you do not consent to your photograph/s being used, please contact Ursula Benstead Consulting by e-mail at admin@ursulabenstead.com.au or call 0422 928 921. A recording of the training session maybe made for future program development by Ursula Benstead Consulting. No visual, audio or other identifying information about participants will be used in any of the programs development.
Any written material and advertising online or not, by the organisation must acknowledge that the Shark Cage is a registered trade mark of Ursula Benstead.
