1. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
2. No Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: non-attendance, change of mind, or personal circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers, a specific policy will be communicated at that time.
3. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk:
By purchasing a ticket and attending the "Noche de Folklore" event at the South Perth Community Centre, guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to property damage, personal injury, or illness.
The organizers (Inka Peru) and the venue shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during the event.
The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
4. No BYO and Entry Policy:
No BYO: This is a strictly "No BYO" (Bring Your Own) event. No outside alcohol or drinks are permitted.
No Door Sales: Access is granted only to those with a pre-purchased ticket.
Dinner Pre-orders: As stated, dinner is not included in the show ticket and must be pre-ordered by the specified deadline (August 2nd). No refunds will be given for missed food orders.
5. Supervision of Minors:
As a Family Event, children and minors are welcome; however:
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and strictly supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
The organizers (Inka Peru) assume no responsibility for the safety or actions of unsupervised minors.
Parents or guardians are legally responsible for any damage to the venue or injury to third parties caused by the minor in their care.
6. Photography and Media Release:
By attending "Noche de Folklore," you acknowledge that:
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and social media purposes.
By entering the premises, you and your party (including minors) consent to being filmed or photographed and grant the organizers the right to use this material without compensation or further notice.
7. Right of Admission:
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual (regardless of age) whose conduct is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive to the performance and the safety of other guests, without the right to a refund.
8. Venue Integrity:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the South Perth Community Centre facilities. Any costs associated with repairs or professional cleaning required due to a guest's actions will be charged directly to the responsible party.
9. Food Allergy Disclaimer:
While we strive to provide high-quality Peruvian food, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens (such as nuts, gluten, or dairy). Guests with severe allergies consume food at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any allergic reactions.
10. Punctuality and Re-entry:
The event will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Late arrivals may be subject to restricted entry during performances. The organizers reserve the right to manage re-entry to the venue to ensure safety and security.
