Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser.
If the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser but is rescheduled, you will be contacted by email and offered the option to:
a) move your ticket to another session of the same event (subject to availability) or
b) move your the ticket to the rescheduled event date or
c) receive a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event.

The Twyford does not use 3rd party sites to sell tickets to its events - tickets are only available via our site on TryBooking, or via our box office (by phone or in person).

In NSW it is an offence to resell a ticket for more than the original retail price, plus transaction costs (for example, booking fees, ticket delivery fees and credit card surcharges) up to a maximum 10 per cent of the original ticket price.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
