EVENT ORGANISER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

NSW Rugby Union Ltd owns and operates the service of Camp Rugby. The following terms and conditions ('Terms') apply to any person that registers for an April School Holidays Camp Rugby event.

By registering your child/ren you agree to be bound by these Terms. In these Terms:

1. I hereby consent to (i) the recording of my or my child’s likeness and/or voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings by television cameras and photographers) (together ‘Images”) and (ii) the commercial exploitation, throughout the world, of Images by any means by Waratahs Rugby Pty Ltd, New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd and its commercial partners without compensation.

2. All participants in Camp Waratah will also be registered for a 2017 NSW Waratahs Free Junior Membership. This membership is for juniors aged 14 years and under and allows free entry to all NSW Waratahs regular season home games in General Admission category. Participants will receive their member card/pack in the mail. As part of this you will be opted in to receive member information from NSW Waratahs. You can opt out of this at any time should you no longer wish to receive it.
