Bookings & Payments
• All bookings must be paid in full to secure your spot.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else (just let us know prior to the event).

Cancellations & Changes
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events if required (e.g. low bookings or unforeseen circumstances).
• In this case, you will be offered a transfer or full refund.

Arrival Time
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to get settled.
• Sessions will start on time to ensure everyone enjoys the full experience.

Alcohol & Behaviour
• This is a fun, relaxed environment — please drink responsibly.
• Intoxicated or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Age Requirements
• Public events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated.

What’s Included
• All painting materials and guidance are provided.
• Food and drinks are dependent on the venue (please check event details).

Liability
• Monaat Haus is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• By attending, you agree to participate at your own risk.

Photography & Social Media
• Photos/videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
• Please let us know on the day if you prefer not to be included.

Creative Disclaimer
• Everyone’s artwork will be unique — perfection not required! This is all about having fun and getting creative.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
