By purchasing a ticket you agree to:

- Receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

- Acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury involved. In allowing your child to participate in the Hip Hop Workshop at Reese Dance, you hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts.

- I authorise Reese Dance to seek appropriate medical attention in the event that the Participant is injured.

- Understand the importance of you and your child following the instructions and rules set by the Reese Dance instructor/s, and you agree to release Reese Dance and its instructors and volunteers of any and all liability which may arise as a result of your child's participation in the Hip Hop Workshop.

- Students are under the supervision of Reese Dance teachers ONLY during the individual student's timetabled classes. Although all due care is taken, we cannot remain responsible for students out of class, or during breaks in between class.

- Reese Dance does not take responsibility for personal property left at the studio or at Reese Dance events and performances.

- Accept and grant permission that any photographs, audio or video recording taken of your child in classes or performances, remains the property Reese Dance and may be published without further consent for any and all advertising and promotional use. No identifying information including surname and location will not be used in conjunction with any video or digital images. Please notify the Event Organiser via email if you do not give permission for your child's image (photographs, audio or video) to be used for these purposes.
