By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Workshop numbers are kept small to allow the facilitator to have space and time for each attendee. To maximise the attention for each attendee as they are learning new processes and techniques.

An email is sent to participants a few days before each workshop date. This email confirms the workshop date, time, location and all other details. The email includes any specific information important to that workshop. It will be assumed that the student has read that email prior to workshop attendance, and contacted me if anything is unclear regarding expectations.

If the minimum number of students is not achieved within 1 week of the workshop date, the workshop may be cancelled and refunds will be given.

Other cancellations by attendees
Any cancellations three weeks prior to the workshop will be refunded in full.
Any cancellation two weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a 50% refund, unless that space can be filled with another student. A full refund will then be possible.
Every effort is made to fill your place with a student on the workshop wait list.
No refund is given for any cancellations 7 days prior to the workshop.
