You Agree to abide by the directions and instructions of the Event Organisers and any of their appointed trainers during the Event

You Agree to fully prepare yourself to comfortably complete the Workout Session you select, and to not endanger or cause any stress, strain, infection, or imposition to any other Event participants


WAIVER & RELEASE


Physical activity and exercise can be strenuous, and participants may incur injury as a result
If you are concerned about your well-being then undertake a physical examination with your doctor prior to participating in our Events, and determine your fitness for this event

You agree that you are voluntarily participating in this activity and assume all risks of injury, illness, death, and or loss of any personal property

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of Liability

You expressly agree to release and discharge the Organisers, the Beneficiaries, the trainers and/or instructors from any and all claims or causes of action, and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the above mentioned for personal injury or property damage

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release will also include negligence on any of those mentioned

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from

You acknowledge that you understand the contents and intentions of this Agreement, and confirm that you are of sound health and fitness, without known infection or injury that may impact others in the event

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
