Terms & Conditions — Samba to Feel Workshop

By booking and participating in Samba to Feel Workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Your Body, Your Pace

This is a guided movement experience inspired by samba — but there is no pressure to perform, no need to “get it right.”
You are invited to move in a way that feels good for your body.
Please listen to your body at all times, take breaks when needed, and modify any movement if something doesn’t feel right.
By participating, you take full responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing during the session.

2. Health & Awareness

If you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing any injuries or health conditions, please take this into consideration before joining.
You’re welcome to let me know beforehand so I can suggest gentle modifications — but ultimately, you know your body best.

3. Choice & Autonomy

Everything is an invitation.
You are always free to pause, rest, or step out at any moment.
This is a space for expression, not perfection.

4. Nature of the Experience

This workshop is designed for movement, connection, and self-expression.
It is not a medical or therapeutic service and does not replace professional healthcare support.

5. Photos & Videos

Some photos or short videos may be taken for sharing the energy of the workshop.

Your privacy matters:

Content will be used with care
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, just let me know before we begin — completely respected.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made before the event day are fully refundable.
Cancellations on the day, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If the workshop is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shared Space

This is a respectful and inclusive space.

By joining, you agree to support a safe environment for everyone — including no recording during the session and respecting each person’s experience.

8. Agreement

By booking your spot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
