All tickets issued by Norlane West Scout Group are subject to the following summary conditions:

1. Tickets are sold on behalf of Scouts Victoria - Norlane West Scout Group. The ticket is not transferable.

2. Norlane West Scout Group reserves the right to refuse admission or to request a youth member, famimly member or visitor to leave the program facilities. Norlane West Scout Group's Refund/Cancellation Policy will apply.

3. All youth participants and family members are expected to follow the Norlane West Scout Group Code of Conduct.

4. Norlane West Scout Group ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event that your child cannot attend on the booked date due to illness, advise us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and provide a medical certificate, then a credit may be offered subject to the discretion of Norlane West Scout Group. No-shows (failure to attend on the day without prior contact) will result in forfeiture of the booking. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred into another name or sold to another party. Requests for cancellation should be made in writing via gl.norlanewest@scoutsvictoria.com.au .If the planned activity is unable to run due to conditions restricting our ability to operate, then a full refund will be processed.
