All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All booking, ticketing, transaction or processing fees charged at checkout are non-refundable.
All bookings are final. No refund will be given for change of mind, non-attendance, timetable conflicts, withdrawal, illness, injury, travel issues, or other personal reasons, unless required by Australian Consumer Law or otherwise approved by the organiser in writing.
Jiayin MasterClass reserves the right to amend the schedule, faculty, venue, class content, or class grouping where reasonably necessary. If a session or event is cancelled by the organiser and cannot be rescheduled, any refund will be limited to the class fee paid.
Participants must enrol in the class appropriate to their age and level. Jiayin MasterClass reserves the right to place or reassign students to the group considered most suitable for their level, safety, and training needs.
Participants are expected to arrive on time and be ready for class. No refund or partial refund will be given for late arrival, missed sessions, or early departure.
By registering, the participant and/or parent or guardian confirms that the participant is physically fit and medically able to take part in ballet and dance training. Any injury, medical condition, allergy, or special requirement should be disclosed before the event.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Jiayin MasterClass is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Jiayin MasterClass accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
All participants and families are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, venue personnel, and other students. Jiayin MasterClass reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given.
For participants under 18 years of age, parents or guardians are responsible for drop-off, pick-up, and supervision outside class times.
Photos and videos may be taken during classes or events for training, archival, promotional, website, and social media purposes. By registering, participants and parents/guardians consent to such use unless written notice is given before the event.
Choreography, teaching materials, music edits, and class content remain the intellectual property of Jiayin MasterClass and/or the relevant teacher. Unauthorised filming, recording, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted without prior written approval.
Personal information collected during registration will be used for booking administration and event-related communication only.
By completing a booking, the participant and/or parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
