Stash VIP Bag Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Woolshow Exclusive Stash VIP Bag (referred to as "Bag") at the Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
Bags are available for purchase exclusively to attendees of the 2026 Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show. Limit one (1) Bag per person unless stated otherwise.

Purchase Process:
Bags must be purchased online prior to the event as stated. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for the Bags once purchased.

Contents:
The contents of each Bags are pre-selected and cannot be customised.
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

Limited Availability:
Bags are limited in quantity (150 max) and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the bags are sold out, no further bags will be available for purchase.

No Refunds/Exchanges:
All VIP Bag sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions for any items inside the bag.

Event Access:
The Bag purchase does not guarantee access to any workshops, classes, or other activities unless otherwise stated. Separate event tickets may be required for these activities.

Pick-Up Information:
Bags will be available for pick-up at the event during designated hours. The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is not responsible for bags not picked up during the event.
You must present your Photo ID or proof of purchase (either digital or printed) to claim your Bag.

Lost or Stolen Bags:
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is not responsible for any lost or stolen Bags or their contents.

Liability Waiver:
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while handling the items inside the Bag.

Changes to Terms:
The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Privacy:
By purchasing a Bag, you agree to The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show privacy policy, which includes the collection of your personal information for event registration and communication purposes.

Event Cancellation:
In the event that the The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is canceled or rescheduled, the Bag sale will follow the event’s rescheduling or refund policies.

The Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show is presented and organised as part of the Celebrate Mooroolbark Festival.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
