*Day Retreat Terms & Conditions*
1. Health & Safety Guidance
To support your wellbeing during the retreat, which includes hot springs bathing, yoga, sound healing, and a vegan lunch, we encourage participants with any existing or ongoing health conditions to seek medical advice before attending. This ensures the retreat activities are safe and suitable for your personal health needs.
If you do not have any health concerns, medical clearance is not required.
2. Conditions Requiring Medical Clearance Before Hot Springs Bathing
Hot springs bathing is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions unless medical clearance has been obtained:
• High fever
• Extreme hypertension
• Malignant tumours or cancerous conditions
• Liver, kidney, or circulation disorders
• Conditions with a high risk of haemorrhaging
• Anaemia
• Congestive heart failure
• Recent stroke or recent heart attack
• Pregnancy
• Diabetes
3. Post-Surgery or Open Wounds
Guests who are recovering from surgery or have open wounds must refrain from bathing until fully healed and medically cleared.
4. Participation in Yoga & Sound Healing
Our yoga and sound healing sessions are gentle, mindful, and designed for all levels. However, if you have any injuries, mobility limitations, or medical conditions, please inform the facilitator before participating. You may modify or opt out of any activity according to your comfort.
5. Vegan Lunch
A nourishing vegan lunch is provided. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Unwell Guests
To maintain a healthy and supportive environment, guests who feel unwell are encouraged to reschedule. If symptoms of illness are visible on arrival, participants may be asked to reschedule or cancel to protect the wellbeing of the group.
7. Personal Responsibility
All guests participate in hot spring bathing, yoga, sound healing, and all retreat activities at their own risk. Please follow facilitator and venue staff guidance at all times.
8. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Guests who are unwell may give their ticket to another person who can take their place
• Illness-related cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
• Retreat fees may be non-refundable; refer to your booking confirmation for details.
9. Respectful Behaviour
This retreat is a sacred, shared experience. All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, facilitators, and hot spring staff.

By attending this retreat at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I understand that hot springs bathing, yoga, sound healing, and other retreat activities involve natural risks, including heat exposure, physical movement, slippery surfaces, and possible emotional release.
2. I am responsible for seeking medical advice if I have any existing health condition that may affect my ability to participate safely.
3. I acknowledge that I must not engage in hot springs bathing if I have:
o High fever
o Extreme hypertension
o Malignant tumours or cancerous conditions
o Liver, kidney, or circulation disorders
o Conditions with a high risk of haemorrhaging
o Anaemia
o Congestive heart failure
o Recent stroke or heart attack
o Pregnancy
o Diabetes
o Recent surgery or open wounds
4. If I feel unwell, I will reschedule my attendance. I understand I may be asked to reschedule if I arrive showing symptoms of illness.
5. I take full responsibility for my participation in all activities and any decisions I make regarding my involvement.
6. I release the retreat facilitator(s), venue, and associated staff from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur during my participation, except where prohibited by law.
7. I confirm that all information I provide regarding my health is true, and I will communicate any concerns before participating.
