Calm Within Coaching – Group Wellness Sessions.
Informed Consent, Waiver & Participation Agreement.

Calm Within Coaching wellness sessions are an in-person group experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and emotional balance through sound healing, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and gentle movement.

Nature of Services
• Sound healing (crystal or metal singing bowls, chimes, drums and vibrational instruments)
• Guided meditation or visualisation
• Breath awareness or structured breathwork
• Mindfulness practices
• Gentle stretching or movement
• Relaxation techniques

No Diagnosis or Medical Treatment
• The facilitator is not a medical doctor, psychologist or licensed healthcare provider.
• The facilitator does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
• No medical advice or treatment is provided.
• Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or psychological care where needed.

Personal Responsibility
• Participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Participants will listen to their body and honour their limits.
• Participants may pause, modify or stop participation at any time.
• Participants will inform the facilitator of relevant health conditions including pregnancy, epilepsy, implanted devices, recent surgery or severe psychiatric conditions.

Assumption of Risk & Release
• All physical and emotional practices carry inherent risks.
• Participants voluntarily assume responsibility for participation.
• Participants release the facilitator and business from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

Confidentiality
• Personal information shared will be treated respectfully and confidentially except where required by law.
• In group settings, participants agree to respect the privacy of others.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment
• Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session may be transferred where possible.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferred with prior written notice.
• The facilitator reserves the right to reschedule if necessary. In such cases a transfer or refund will be offered.

3. Health Responsibility
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally suitable to attend.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Media & Photography
• Participants will inform the facilitator if they wish to not be included in any video or photography. Please note that any video taken or photography, is only used for the purpose of future promotional marketing materials, for website or social media.


5. Intellectual Property
• All content and materials remain the intellectual property of Calm Within Coaching.
• Content may not be recorded, reproduced or shared without written permission.

By purchasing this ticket, the participant agrees to all of the above, Waiver and Terms and conditions.
