By registering for this event you give Dean Jones permission to take & use images from the day for promotional purposes. These may include your child. No refunds are possible once registered but transferring any session value to the next best available group program is.

A parent/guardian is required to be present during the session in the unlikely event of injury. As a parent/participant I understand there are risks associated with football & release the coaches/staff & facilities from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

In the event of extreme weather/circumstances, a replacement session will be advised.
