1. This ticket is proof of registration of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
3. If the event is cancelled, by the Event Organiser, due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, all patrons will be contacted.
4. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and not withstanding the above terms and conditions, is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com

6. Recording photo/video of the show is permitted for personal use only and privacy should be respected. Guests are not allowed to post photos or video of other children on social media without parental permission.
7. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
COVID-19 ADDITIONAL TICKET TERMS:
All persons entering the venue must follow current NSW Health guidelines:
Any patrons testing positive to SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and presenting with recognisable symptoms should not attend and may be asked to leave.
THE VENUE:
The venue will comply with all directives given by NSW Health and Government in regard to Coronavirus protocols. In addition, we have taken measures to mitigate the risk of exposure to staff and customers by introducing procedures recommended by Safe Work Australia and the COVID-19 Best Practice Guidelines issued by Restaurant & Catering Association.
VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. You enter the Venue/Space at your own risk.
2. You understand that attendance at any event and/or the Venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.
3. By attending the event and/or the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Venue. This includes damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other ticketholders, visitors, guests, and the employees of the Venue and the organiser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the venue and organiser are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at the Venue and/or the event. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the venue and organiser is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
