BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. It is not transferable or refundable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Tickets are non-refundable.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. If the event is cancelled, by the Event Organiser, due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less any booking fees, will be issued to all patrons.
7. If the event is postponed or moved to a different date, ticket holders may request a refund, less any booking fees, or transfer to the new date.
8. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and not withstanding the above terms and conditions, is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com
9. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, High Kix Pty Ltd is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Kym Degenhart on info@bomfunk.com.au
10. There will be no refunds to latecomers.
11. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder may not be permitted entry.
12. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
13. Recording photo/video of the show is prohibited. Students will receive copies of media at no cost after the event. Only the event organiser has rights to record (photo/video) the production at this event.
14. Children under 18 must attend with a supervising adult.
15. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
16. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
17. A transaction fee may apply to your ticket purchase. You will be notified of the applicable fee at the checkout.
18. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theatre.
19. If you feel unwell, we ask that you considering passing your ticket to someelse and remaining home.
20. Neither the organiser nor the venue will be responsible for any claim of liability if you acquire COVID-19 as a result of your attendance at the event;
VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK
21. You enter the Venue at your own risk.
22. You understand that attendance at any event and/or the Venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.
23. By attending the event and/or the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Venue. This includes damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other ticketholders, visitors, guests, and the employees of the Venue and the organiser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
24. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the venue and organiser are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at the Venue and/or the event. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the venue and organiser is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
