By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎟️ TICKETS & ENTRY

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organiser.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be required on entry.

⏰ EVENT DETAILS

• The event will be held on 31 October at the Stirling Arms (c.1852).
• Event times and details are subject to change if required.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify the event format where necessary.

🍸 FOOD & BEVERAGE

• This is a cocktail-style event. Food is not included unless otherwise stated.
• Alcohol is available for purchase and is subject to venue licensing laws.
• Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times.

👗 DRESS CODE

• This is a masquerade event. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet acceptable standards of dress or behaviour.

• The event is designed as a social experience and is not a guided investigation or structured tour.

🚫 BEHAVIOUR

• The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
• No refunds will be given to guests removed from the event.

📸 MEDIA & PROMOTION

• Photography and videography may take place during the event.
• By attending, guests consent to being included in promotional material unless they notify organisers otherwise.

🏨 VIP OVERNIGHT STAY DRAW

• VIP ticket holders will be entered into a draw to win an overnight stay.
• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Additional terms may apply to the prize and will be provided to the winner.

• The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event except where required by law.
