By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎟️ TICKETS & ENTRY

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organiser.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENTS

• This event is suitable for ages 16+.
• All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• VIP Experience is strictly 18+.

🍽️ FOOD & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

• This event includes a three-course meal (entrée, choice of main, dessert).
• Dietary requirements must be advised in advance.
• The organiser and venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee all requests.

⏰ EVENT DETAILS

• The event will be held on 1 November at the Stirling Arms (c.1852).
• Event times and format are subject to change if required.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify the event where necessary.

👻 EVENT EXPERIENCE

• This is a guided, immersive paranormal dining experience.
• It is not a free-roam investigation or unstructured event.
• The experience may include low lighting, atmospheric effects, and immersive elements.
• Guests attend at their own discretion and should be comfortable with the nature of the experience.

⚠️ HEALTH & SAFETY

• The event may include sound, lighting changes, and immersive effects.
• Guests with sensitivities should consider this prior to attending.
• Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event.

🚫 BEHAVIOUR

• The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
• No refunds will be provided to guests removed from the event.

📸 MEDIA & PROMOTION

• Photography and videography may take place during the event.
• By attending, guests consent to being included in promotional material unless they notify organisers otherwise.

👑 VIP EXPERIENCE

• VIP access includes an extended after-dark paranormal experience.
• VIP tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability.

🏨 VIP OVERNIGHT STAY DRAW

• VIP ticket holders will be entered into a draw to win an overnight stay.
• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Additional terms may apply and will be provided to the winner.

⚖️ LIABILITY

• The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event except where required by law.
• Guests attend at their own risk.
