Workshop Ticket Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in line with the Australian
Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Cancellation by Participant
If you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you may cancel your ticket under the following terms:
Full refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, unless you are
entitled to one under the ACL (e.g. due to serious illness or hardship).
Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost at any time before the workshop.

2. Cancellation by Organiser
In the event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser:
You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
3. Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that services must be
delivered with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and provided within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet these
guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, rebooking, or compensation.
