Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Refunds & No Shows:
Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. Requests prior to this may be considered at the discretion of PHCCI. Tickets not utilised on the night are non-refundable.

Ticket Allocation & Transfers:
Tickets are issued for use by the purchasing organisation. Transfers to guests outside of your organisation are not permitted without prior approval from PHCCI.

Event Communications & Privacy:
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive event-related communications from PHCCI. You also consent to PHCCI and TryBooking (on PHCCI’s behalf) collecting and using your registration details (including name, email, phone number, company and dietary requirements) for the purpose of event management. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

Seating Allocations:
This is an allocated seating event. PHCCI will endeavour to accommodate seating preferences where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies:
Guests are responsible for advising PHCCI of any dietary requirements or allergies prior to the event. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Photography & Videography:
This event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you acknowledge that you may be recorded and that images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.

Responsible Service of Alcohol:
The event will operate under Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. PHCCI and venue staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.

Right of Admission:
PHCCI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Event Changes & Cancellation:
PHCCI reserves the right to amend event details where required. If the event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond PHCCI’s control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue issues or government restrictions), PHCCI reserves the right to determine an appropriate course of action, including rescheduling the event or issuing credits at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Liability:
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. PHCCI accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
