By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all ticketed events organized by ASRF Qld ("the Organizer").
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and any additional rules communicated by the Organizer.

2. Ticket Purchase

2.1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the Organizer.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer.
2.3. Proof of purchase must be presented at the event for entry. Digital or printed tickets are acceptable unless otherwise specified.

3. Event Entry - Downunder Beachfest

3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without a valid ticket.

3.2. Attendees may be required to provide valid Digital or printed tickets unless otherwise specified, and enter though their zones single entry point.

3.3. No attendee can park their vehicle in the Event Zones prior to entry time. If there a special reason to park early, please Contact State Director Neil Irvine by Friday 4pm 0472 777 955.

3.4. All attendees must park in their allocated Zone. Each Zone has a single-entry point only and vehicles can only enter through that entry point

3.5. All attendees must follow direction of Traffic Officials and parking attendants, failure to comply may result in being asked to leave, without a refund.

3.5.Late arrivals may be admitted at the Organizer’s discretion and may not be guaranteed entry.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and comply with all event guidelines.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without a refund.

5. Event Changes

5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including the date, time, venue, or lineup.
5.2. In the event of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Liability

6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred at the event.
6.2. Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the Organizer prior to the event.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
8.2. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
