Terms & Conditions – Little Lessons Australia

Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the program. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-paid basis. A processing fee is added to the booking at checkout, payable by the customer. If you require an invoice, please let us know.

If you choose a 4 or 5 session pass, the start times vary, as per the ticket details.

Program Commitment
We encourage students to join us for the full program, but casual passes are available (limited number).

Cancellations & Refunds
7+ business days before program start: Full refund minus a $30 administration fee
Less than 7 business days before program start: No refund

Minimum Enrolment
This program requires a minimum of four participants to proceed. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Once the program has commenced:

No refunds or credits for missed sessions
No refunds for withdrawal from the program
Refunds are at the discretion of the organiser

Missed Sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another program or term. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Provider Changes or Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by Little Lessons Australia, a make-up session or credit will be provided.

NDIS Participants
Please check with your Support Coordinator/Plan Manager that this program or sessions can be billed to a participant's NDIS plan. Short notice cancellations may still be charged in accordance with NDIS policies.

Participant Suitability & Behaviour
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in a group environment.
If a participant’s behaviour significantly impacts the group, Little Lessons Australia reserves the right to discontinue their participation. Refunds will not be provided in this case.

Resources
Participants will need to bring along their own device ie. ipad, laptop to complete their tasks.

Medical & Support Information
Relevant support needs, diagnoses, or behaviours must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure appropriate support and group safety. Participants will be provided with an enrolment form to return prior to the first session.

Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Little Lessons Australia is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where required by law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
