We will be gathering in Mparntwe, on the unceded lands of the Arrernte People. We pay our respects to the land and to the history of resistance to colonisation upon it. We acknowledge the ongoing sovereignty of the Arrernte People over these lands.

Purpose of Mobilisation

- Act in solidarity with the Arrernte custodians of the Country on which Pine Gap is situated
- Highlight the impacts of colonisation and imperialism in so-called Australia, with a focus on the Northern Territory
- Expand relationships between groups organising against weapons manufacturers and the military industrial complex, and groups organising against military installations
- Develop a unified, collaborative anti-militarist movement
- Create space for community education, strategic discussions and networking
