Terms and Conditions – Kidzconnect

By registering for and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Supervision and Responsibility
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise stated.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times.
Event organisers and volunteers will facilitate activities but are not responsible for individual supervision of children.

2. Participation and Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, organisers, and property.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, unsafe, or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

3. Safety and Health
While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation in activities is at the attendee’s own risk.
Please inform organisers of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of registration.
In the event of injury or illness, organisers may administer basic first aid and/or seek further medical assistance if required.

4. Liability
The organisers, volunteers, and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of attendees.

5. Photography and Media
Photographs and/or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your child’s image being used, unless you notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.

6. Registration and Attendance
Advance registration may be required. Entry is subject to capacity limits.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter event details due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns).

7. Changes
Availability of activities can be changed at the discretion of the organizers due to any unforeseen circumstances.
This is a free and easy event for children to explore some activities on their own. Children are free to choose their activities

8. Consent
By registering or attending, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and consent to their child’s participation.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
