By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

We will be posting the course handbook approximately 2 months prior to the event to the address you have specified in the 'shipping address' section. Please make sure that your address is correct and updated. The book typically take 5 business days to arrive and notification will be sent when the books have been posted.

Please note the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation more than 28 days prior to the course commencement date: 75% of the course fee will be refunded
- Cancellation between 7 – 28 days prior to the course commencement date: 50% of the course fee will be refunded
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the course commencement date: 0% of the course fee will be refunded

Pre- and post-course test
- It is mandatory for all participants to complete the pre-course test prior to the beginning of the course
- Certification of completion of the course will only be provided once BOTH pre- and post-course tests are completed by participants

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
