**Terms & Conditions for Zoom Event**

1. Event Access
- Access to the Zoom event will be provided via a unique meeting link sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. This will be sent no less than 24 hours prior.
- The client is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to join the event.

2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure attendance.
- Bookings are non‑transferable unless approved in writing by the event organiser.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled event time are strictly non‑refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior may be eligible for a refund or credit at the organiser’s discretion.
- If the organiser must cancel or reschedule the event, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

4. Event Conduct
- Clients must not share the Zoom link or allow unregistered participants to join.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Recording & Intellectual Property
- Recording, distributing, or reproducing any part of the event without written permission is prohibited.
- All materials, content, and presentations remain the intellectual property of the organiser.

6. Liability
- The organiser is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side, including internet outages, device malfunctions, or inability to access Zoom.
- The organiser’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.

7. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking and attending the event, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
