By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
1. Entry & Attendance
This is an all-day event. Attendees may enter at any time between 10:00AM–8:00PM.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, unsafe or inappropriate manner.

2. Tickets
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as required by law.
Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the event program, schedule, artists, or attractions without notice.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Health & Safety
Attendees enter at their own risk.
The organiser is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.
If medical attention is required, attendees must notify event staff immediately.

5. Tattooing & Participation
Any tattooing services are provided by independent artists. The organiser holds no responsibility for the outcome of tattoo work.
It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they meet legal age requirements and provide valid ID where required.

6. Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

7. Vehicles & Displays
All vehicle displays, competitions and demonstrations are conducted at the owner’s risk. The organiser is not responsible for damage or loss.

8. Photography & Media
This event may be filmed or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

9. Personal Property
The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

10. Weather
This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
