Bookings & Refunds
Due to limited capacity, all bookings are final. Refunds and credits for future sessions are not available. In the event of an unexpected cancellation by the facilitator, a full refund will be issued.

Punctuality
Please plan to arrive prior to the session start time. Late entry will not be permitted, as the door will be secured at the time the circle begins to honour the meditation and grounding process.

Mobile Phones
Please ensure your phone is set to silent before entering. Participants are encouraged to place their devices on the designated safe table prior to joining the circle.

Circle Etiquette
This is a shared and sacred space. Participants are asked to refrain from speaking over one another. We honour each voice by holding space and listening with full presence as every person in the circle shares.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
