**Terms and Conditions – Year 10 Formal**

By purchasing a ticket to the **Year 10 Formal**, both students and their parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
### Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are **non-refundable** once purchased, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organisers. This is because venue bookings and event costs rely on confirmed attendee numbers.
### Event Conditions
* Students must behave respectfully towards all students, parents/guardians, organisers, venue staff and any hired service providers.
* Students must not damage, misuse or interfere with any venue property, furniture, decorations or hired equipment.
* Any intentional damage or serious misconduct may result in parents/guardians being contacted and further consequences being applied.
* **Alcohol, vapes/e-cigarettes, cigarettes, illegal substances, and any dangerous or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.**
* Students must remain within supervised areas at all times and must not leave the venue without permission from an organiser or supervising adult.
* Students are expected to follow all instructions given by organisers, venue staff and supervising parents/guardians.
* Students must behave safely and responsibly at all times. Running, pushing, rough behaviour or any unsafe conduct is not permitted.
* Entry is only permitted for students who have purchased a ticket prior to the event and whose name appears on the official guest list.
* Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any student from the event if they arrive in an unsafe, unwell or inappropriate condition, or if they fail to follow event rules.
### Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, both the student and their parent/guardian confirm that they:
* have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
* agree to follow all event rules and expectations;
* understand that unsafe, inappropriate or prohibited behaviour may result in consequences, including parent/guardian contact, refusal of entry, or removal from the event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
