As a community-run group, we book and pay for the venue in advance and sessions regularly fill from a waitlist. Late cancellations make it difficult for others to take part.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.
