1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct event/session before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify the event organiser prior to the event with the new attendee’s details.
3. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including instructors, timing, or format if required. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
4. Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
5. Code of Conduct
This is a positive, inclusive environment. Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Participation
All attendees participate at their own risk. Please ensure you are physically able to take part in dancing activities.
7. Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being included unless you advise the organiser otherwise.
8. Entry Requirements
Please present your ticket (printed or digital) upon arrival. Only valid ticket holders will be admitted.
