TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is not transferable and only one admission is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Refunds are available at the discretion of the School.
4. The School reserves the right to refuse entry.
5. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking website and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com.
6. The School is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding the event, please contact the School.
7. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
8. Latecomers may need to wait to be seated. Doors are open before the event.
9. The School has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
10. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be issued to all purchasers, pending venue cancellation policy.
11. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
12. This ticket is your Tax Invoice as the ticket price is fully GST inclusive (ABN 69 004 083 247) Ivanhoe Grammar School, PO Box 91, Ivanhoe, 3079.
13. The School is required to comply with the cancellation policies of all event partners.
14. All guests must comply with venue rules and regulations, including but not limited to Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

LUXURY CROATIAN CRUISE RAFFLE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

15. The Luxury Croatian Cruise Raffle is open to all Gala Ball ticket holders, including Ivanhoe Grammar School staff and Ivanhoe Grammar School board.
16. A maximum of 1,250 raffle tickets will be sold at $25 per ticket.
17. Raffle tickets are only available to individuals who have purchased a Gala Ball ticket.
18. The raffle will be drawn on the night of the Gala Ball, at Centrepiece, Melbourne Park on Saturday 29 August 2026 at 7pm.
19. Ticket holders do not need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the Gala Ball due to unforeseen circumstances or is required to leave early, they will remain eligible to receive the prize.
20. If a Gala Ball ticket holder requests a refund for their event ticket, and the School approves this refund, they may also request a refund for any raffle tickets purchased.
21. Any individual who has received a refund for their Gala Ball ticket will no longer be eligible to win the raffle prize.
