Wellness Collective Event – Terms & Conditions
1. General
By purchasing a ticket to the Wellness Collective Event (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Tickets may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold without prior written consent from the Event organiser.
It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all details provided at purchase are correct.
3. Event Details
The Event is a one-day wellness experience featuring activities such as workshops, breathwork sessions, and seated yoga.
The Event schedule, speakers, facilitators, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued due to changes in the program.
4. Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a credit, transfer, or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel, accommodation).
5. Attendance & Participation
Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and staff.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The Event may include wellness activities such as breathwork and seated yoga, which involve physical and mental exertion.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental health.
You confirm that you are fit to participate and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement.
You should consult a medical professional prior to attending if you have any concerns.
You agree to modify or stop participation at any time if you feel discomfort or distress.
7. Breathwork Contraindications
Breathwork sessions offered at the Event may involve deep, rhythmic breathing techniques that can have physical and emotional effects.
Participation in breathwork is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions, unless approved by a qualified medical professional:
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, heart disease, or history of heart attack)
Respiratory conditions (such as severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
History of stroke or aneurysm
Severe mental health conditions (including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe anxiety or panic disorders)
Recent surgery or physical injury
Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that may be affected by intense breathing practices
If you are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to attending.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these contraindications and voluntarily choose to participate.
You agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant conditions prior to the session and to stop immediately if you feel unwell at any time.
8. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser (including Spencer Travel Leadership), its employees, contractors, and facilitators are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained at or in connection with the Event.
This includes participation in any wellness activities offered.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the attendee.
9. Presenter Views Disclaimer
The views, opinions, and advice expressed by speakers, facilitators, or presenters at the Event are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Spencer Travel Leadership or the Event organiser.
The organiser does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information shared.
10. Health & Safety
You agree to comply with any health and safety requirements in place at the time of the Event.
If you feel unwell, you should not attend the Event.
11. Photography & Media
The Event may be photographed and/or recorded.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and sessions presented at the Event are the intellectual property of the organiser or respective facilitators.
Recording, reproducing, or distributing Event content without permission is prohibited.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used for Event-related communications.
14. Force Majeure
The organiser is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
