Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is valid proof of purchase of one raffle entry. Raffle Permit No: MG-R26344078.
2. The raffle is being conducted by Ivanhoe Grammar School (ABN 69 004 083 247), The Ridgeway, Ivanhoe, Victoria, 3079.
3. There are 2,000 raffle tickets available for purchase at $50.00 each (no GST applies) from Thursday 21 May 2026 to Sunday 16 August 2026. No raffle tickets may be purchased outside of this period. The ticket price includes credit card charges and excludes TryBooking fees.
4. The raffle ticket is purchased online at https://www.trybooking.com/DLHOA. The ticket is created by TryBooking and issued by Ivanhoe Grammar School and is subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
5. Members of the School Board, School employees and their relatives are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person. Relative means spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether of full or half blood).
6. The raffle will be drawn between 8:30pm and 9:00pm at the Gala Ball, CENTREPIECE, Melbourne Park on Saturday 29 August 2026.
7. For each ticket purchased, a corresponding ticket with the purchaser’s details and unique identifying number will be placed in a barrel to provide a random and equal chance of being drawn.
8. The winner of the raffle will be announced at the draw. The winner will be contacted by telephone if not present at the Gala Ball.
9. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except to facilitate the administration of the raffle prize.
10. The winner of the draw will be published on the Ivanhoe Grammar School website from 9:00am Monday 31 August 2026 for 7 days. The winner will be notified in writing confirming the details of the raffle prize within 28 days of the raffle being drawn.
11. Raffle Prize: One year’s 2027 Annual Net Tuition Fee* for one currently enrolled 2027 Ivanhoe Grammar School student, nominated at the time of purchase, up to a value of $35,280.
12. 2027 Annual Net Tuition Fee refers to the tuition fee charged by Ivanhoe Grammar School for 2027 as per the 2027 Schedule of Fees, after deducting Government Funding from the Annual Gross Tuition Fee and any applicable family concession for the nominated student for that student’s applicable year level.
13. The 2027 Annual Net Tuition Fee is charged to the School fee account in October 2026, February 2027, May 2027 and July 2027 in accordance with the Ivanhoe Grammar School Business Notice. The raffle prize will be credited to the School fee account on the dates charged.
14. The raffle prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other goods and services or charges to the School fee account for the nominated student.
15. The raffle ticket is non-refundable and is not transferable.
16. The raffle ticket cannot be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry into the raffle.
17. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased, excepting the maximum number of tickets left available for purchase at the time.
18. The purchaser of the raffle ticket is not required to attend the raffle draw.
19. The nominated student does not have to be related or have a connection to the raffle ticket purchaser.
20. Ivanhoe Grammar School will not be responsible for any consequences of the raffle failing or not taking place as planned, any technical malfunction in the IT used, or for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
21. Proof of identification may be required to redeem the raffle prize.
22. The proceeds from the raffle will be put towards a project nominated by the Principal of Ivanhoe Grammar School.
