Refund Policy – Hat Burning Class Tickets

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our Hat Burning Class! Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your booking.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
All ticket purchases are non-refundable for change of mind. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

2. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future class date.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Transfers are subject to availability and can only be made once per booking.

3. Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or failure to attend (no show) will result in forfeiture of the ticket, and no refund or transfer will be offered.

4. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the class, you will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to another available class date.

5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s details.

6. Contact
For any changes or enquiries, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
