While due care is taken to ensure your safety, pottery and ceramic work involve inherent risks, including exposure to tools, equipment, heat and materials that may cause injury. Santai Pottery and Art Studio and its employees and contractors are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to students or any loss or damage to personal possessions.

Parent Waiver & Medical Release (For Minors)
